Of course! EveryMom Fitness offers a cardio and strength workout that will challenge you, no matter what your level and focus. Each class is different, so you will never get bored like you would working out with a video at home. And the moms are welcoming, encouraging and supportive, creating a fun atmosphere that is more than just an exercise class!
We supply the equipment, so all you need to bring is water and any toys, strollers, blankets or devices you may need to entertain your children.

We’ve all been there! That’s what’s great about EveryMom Fitness. We all know that kids can be fussy, have accidents or push the boundaries. Take a break and deal with your kids as needed. There’s no mommy-judging here!
No, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your own children during your workout. The instructor needs to focus on making sure the members are using proper form to reduce the risk of injury.

EveryMom instructors always offer modifications to accommodate every fitness level. Listen for the cues "modification" and "level 1," and of course listen to your OWN BODY.
There are also a few "LITE" 45-minute workouts in the @home archive that are a great place to start!
You'll need a set of medium dumb bells (about 8-12 lbs.--they should challenge you when doing 10-30 reps). You can also purchase an elastic mini-band, but modifications are given if you don't have one. Gliders and light (1-3 lb.) weights are optional, but paper plates, gift bags or soup cans can also work just fine!
No, we leave ALL the workouts up, organized by week and muscle group into units, indefinitely. You can stream them anytime, or even start a watch party with other EveryMom @home friends!
You can pause or rewind a workout when you are REPLAYING it, but not during a LIVE viewing. Videos are not available for replay until after the LIVE has ended.
